We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical and electrical assembly experience who take pride in precision work and building high-quality equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do:
Assemble machinery according to detailed electrical and mechanical specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Follow job pick lists and production documentation accurately
Set up jobs and select appropriate tools and equipment
Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and breakdown of equipment after testing
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or machinery assembly experience required
Ability to read and understand diagrams and wiring schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
