The PeopleSoft ELM Developer will be providing PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) IT applications development and production support to address:Troubleshoot application development and business process issues related to ELM module v9.1Customize code when required to enhance system, develop complex routines in the form of bolt-on code to supplement ELM v9.1Provide hands-on technical solutions to WMATA business challenges & translate them into process/technical solutionsWork with other developers and functional analysts to determine best technical approaches to map existing internal WMATA technical, professional development and leadership courses to new job requirementsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years with PeopleSoft ELM and HCM programming experience and thorough understanding of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Query Manager, SQL, Crystal, SQR, nVision, Oracle databases, XML, Application Engine, Application Designer, and other development technologies used in the PeopleSoft FrameworkExperience must include strong capability to write complex SQL scripts to resolve data issuesRecent experience with large scale implementation and production support for PeopleSoft ELM module with at least three separate companiesLast assignment must be directly involved with ELM implementation, upgrade, or production supportMust have excellent written and oral communication skills
