Pay rate:

$114/hr on W2

$ 123/hr on C2C

• Location: Albany NY Hybrid:
• 50% onsite required
• Must be located in New York State
• In addition onsite at clients request (e.g. onboarding offboarding Meetings with Executives or Business that cant be accomplished remotely and emergencies)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Math Sciences Engineering or technical background preferred but not required
• 10 years of relevant experience
• PeopleSoft implementation experience
• Ability to identify technical options and implementation strategies for requirements not efficiently delivered by PeopleSoft configurations.

Job Duties:

The Senior Solutions Architect Lead will:

• Participate in finalizing business requirements to develop a firm understanding of the needs.
• Participate in finalizing functional and technical requirements.
• Document legacy system architecture as needed.
• Develop strategies to enhance the interoperability of the existing PeopleSoft systems to increase data reliability streamline workflows and eliminate duplicate data entry.
• Develop technical solutions to deliver existing and new functionality while reducing the number and complexity of PeopleSoft customizations.
• Develop technical solutions to meet business needs not effectively and efficiently delivered by PeopleSoft.
• Participate in prototype and proof of concept exercises.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the number and complexity of interfaces to PeopleSoft and other applications.
• Document the to-be architecture taking into consideration state shared services enterprise standards and security requirements.
• Participate in the development of project workstream and sprint planning to sequence the delivery of system enhancements and new functionality to ITS business owners.
• Develop artifacts required to support software development life cycle standards.
• Develop analyses and other products to support program governance and project management efforts
• Able to work with the reports and presentations on technical analyses and recommendations.
• Able to create Reports and presentations on prototype and proof of concept exercises.
• Able to develop Software development lifecycle (SDLC) artifacts to industry and State standards.
