Role Overview

This position offers an excellent growth opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to build their career in fashion wholesale. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to manage key accounts, support daily sales operations, and drive business growth with our retail partners. Dress experience is a must!

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager with comprehensive account management, including market preparation, order entry, sample coordination, and administrative follow-up.
• Manage all daily correspondence with buyers and their teams, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Create style recaps, item setup forms, content & copy forms, and sample request documents, including labeling, tagging, and shipping to clients.
• Handle all EDI and PO issues, as well as shipping coordination and logistics.
• Send and track samples for style outs and buyer meetings, arranging shipments and pickups as needed.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
• Analyze and recap weekly sales performance to identify best sellers, reorder opportunities, and key trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the apparel industry as a Sales Assistant or Account Manager.
• Experience working with major department stores (JCPenney, Belk, etc.) and off-price retailers (Ross, Burlington, etc.); private label experience a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze selling and inventory reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with A2000 and PLM systems preferred; Excel proficiency required.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills and a proactive mindset.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
