This is a remote position.

DHF Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Accounting Clerk Intern to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on accounting experience in a fully remote professional environment.

Youll support day-to-day financial operations while learning industry tools and best practices in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate financial data and records
  
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  
• Reconcile bank statements transactions and invoices
  
• Organize and maintain financial documentation
  
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  
• Use Microsoft Excel and accounting software for tracking and reporting
  
• Collaborate with team members using remote communication tools (e.g. Slack Zoom)
  
• Perform additional administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
  
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  
• Previous internship coursework or bookkeeping experience
