Director of Clinical Operations

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our dynamic team as the Director of Clinical Operations. This full-time position, based in Brockton, MA, offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and enhance nursing operations. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce productivity and implementing innovative strategies to achieve superior quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead labor forecasting and staffing optimization to ensure efficient workforce management.
• Drive initiatives focused on improving nursing workflows and operational excellence.
• Utilize technology and labor management tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards.

Schedule:

This position requires a commitment to a 40-hour workweek with typical hours being 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• RN licensure with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in hospital nursing operations.
• Strong background in staffing systems and workforce management.
• Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of healthcare quality and regulatory standards.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from approximately $156,000 to $194,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
