We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our fully remote team and drive new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship management. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
• Plan and manage sales territory to optimize coverage and meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent outbound prospecting and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in territory planning and management.
