Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Position Summary: St. Ignatius of Antioch Church and School in Yardley, PA is seeking a qualified and dependable Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of parish facilities maintenance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the church campus, buildings, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational to support parish activities and ministries. This is a full-time position, which includes a generous medical benefit, a 403B retirement plan, and paid vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all maintenance operations for the parish campus, including preventative and corrective maintenance.
Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors and contractors as needed.
Maintain equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies, including after-hours situations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, and general facilities maintenance.
Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and coordinate vendors.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds.
Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
