Jill Gaba State Farm Agency is hiring an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to help grow our award-winning office. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current customers, help them understand their coverage options, and build long-term relationships that drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Assist customers with applications, renewals, and policy reviews
• Handle customer questions and provide timely responses
• Maintain accurate records and stay organized with follow-up
• Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
• Sales-minded, competitive, and motivated by results
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
• Willingness to get licensed if not already licensed

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000 per year

Base salary + commissions + bonuses

Our office is located in Northfield, Ohio and proudly serves customers throughout Northeast Ohio, including Twinsburg, Hudson, Macedonia, Brecksville, Cleveland, and Akron .
