We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bengali-speaking Home Health Aide (HHA) Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a professional who can communicate effectively in Bengali and has a genuine passion for helping others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility.
- Ensure medication reminders and assistance with prescribed exercises.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor client’s health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and the client’s condition.
- Follow care plans and instructions set by the healthcare team.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be fluent in Bengali and proficient in English.
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as lifting and helping clients with mobility.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
