Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused HR Partner to serve as a cornerstone of our Human Resources department. Reporting to a supervisor or manager, you will become instrumental in:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an HR Partner (or similar), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Fostering a positive employee experience and maintaining operational compliance across core HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Managing essential HR systems and driving process excellence through meticulous time administration, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
  • Actively shaping our culture by helping lead Business Resource Groups and coordinating high-impact employee engagement functions/events.
  • Assisting in improving internal HR and business communication and managing annual employee apparel replenishment.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records.
  • Processes HR department applications, including employment and enrollment applications; maintains attendance and employment records, and compiles statistics for various HR management reports.
  • Time administration, attendance tracking and compliance recording
  • May conduct pre-employment screening interviews, check references, and respond to routine questions on HR policy.
  • Help lead business resource groups and provide support to other resource groups
  • Coordinate employee engagement functions/events as requested
  • Assist in improving communication of HR/business activities
  • Assist in the management and replenishment of annual employee apparel
  • Works under moderate supervision
  • Reports to a supervisor or manager
