PERSONAL TRAINER / FITNESS COACH

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:

This isn’t a “stand around and wait for clients” job.

You’ll be part coach, part motivator, part relationship-builder-helping members stay consistent, get results, and actually enjoy the process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead 1-on-1 and small group training sessions.
• Deliver fitness consultations + goal-based programming.
• Drive member engagement, retention, and results.
• Build relationships that keep members coming back.
• Re-engage inactive members through proactive outreach.
• Support club events, challenges, and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, high-energy training environment.
• Collaborate with a team that actually supports each other.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong people skills.
• Accountability and follow-through.

• Adaptability with different client types.
• Confidence in communicating value and driving results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Personal Training Certification.
• (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
• Fitness background or coaching experience preferred.
• Degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology = a plus (not required).

COMPENSATION:

• $40,000 - $75,000 per year (based on performance and client base).
