Key Objectives

The primary goal of this position is to support daily farm activities, including planting, tending, harvesting, and maintaining crops to ensure high-quality produce and efficient farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform planting, cultivating, watering, and harvesting of crops according to farm schedules and standards.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with pest control and weed management to promote healthy crop growth.
• Monitor crop conditions and report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fields, storage areas, and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and seasonal production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in farm work or field labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of farm tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is advantageous.
