job summary:
Our client is hiring Project Managers to support continued growth in the Nashville area. This role manages commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. This role ranges from owning smaller projects end-to-end or leading phases of larger, high-profile builds. The ideal candidate is field-connected, execution-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced general contractor environment. Compensation includes bonus, vehicle allowance, ESOP and other benefits. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

responsibilities:
- Lead commercial construction projects or project phases from planning through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendor coordination
- Drive safety culture and quality standards
- Maintain communication with owners, designers, and internal teams
- Monitor project performance, reporting, and cost controls
Requirements - Bachelor's degree required - Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 3-5+ years of commercial construction experience in an APM or PM role
- Field-connected GC experience managing active projects
- Ownership mindset, accountability, and communication skills
