• Assist in the assembly and installation of various boat accessories and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve rigging issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in boat rigging technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in marine technology is a plus.
• Proven experience in boat rigging or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with marine electrical systems and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
