To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a full-time

 

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Japan

to start as soon as possible and join our team working from Japan. 

 

What you will be responsible for: 

  • As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brandand the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
  • You are a networkerready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
  • You win over your customers preferably in personal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
  • You continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients
  • You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long-term relationshipsto the benefit of end users
  • You coordinate the involvement of specialistswho support you in sales situations as needed
  • You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

 

What we are looking for: 

  • You are permanently based in the sales region 
  • You bring experience in field sales in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and / or within the timber industry
  • You love sellingand engaging with customers
  • You enjoy being responsible for your own success
  • You are characterized by an independent and proactive work styleand go the extra mile to achieve your goals
  • You have a strong emotional connection to woodas a material, which helps you inspire customers
  • You enjoy traveling regularly within Japan and hold a valid driver’s license
  • You speak Japanese as a native language and have good English skills
