The Accounting Clerk will provide direct support to the Vice President of Finance by handling accounting, reporting, and administrative finance-related tasks. This role involves managing data entry, financial tracking, and communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors. It is a deadline-driven, remote position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet strict deadlines
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to learn and work with multiple CRM or accounting systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a diverse team
• QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual salary between $38,000 – $40,000 USD
